I was truly impressed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious and well-equipped, offering a luxurious health club vibe with massive spa facilities. The service was exceptional, particularly from Reena, Hari, and Ajith, who made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location on Palace Road is incredibly central, although slightly distant from eating and shopping areas. The dining experience was superb with live stations, but there could have been a few more options. Overall, a fantastic hotel with top-notch service and facilities.
